SRA provides testing, inspection, calibration, certification and training services. The scope, fees, timelines and deliverables for each engagement are set out in the relevant quotation, proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

3Quotations & Payment

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
• Services are scheduled once a quotation is accepted and any required deposit is received.
• Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to charges as set out in your quotation or agreement.

4Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to sites and equipment, and the cooperation reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Results and reports depend on the information, samples and access provided.

5Certificates, Reports & Marks

• Certificates and reports relate only to the scope, items, samples or persons assessed at the time of assessment.
• Certificates remain the property of SRA and must not be altered or used in a misleading way.
• Certification marks may only be used as permitted under our certification rules.
• Certificates may be suspended or withdrawn in line with our certification rules.
• Certificates can be verified through our Certificate Verification page.

6Training Courses

Course places are confirmed on registration and payment. Certificates are issued to participants who meet attendance and assessment requirements. Course content and schedules may change, and we will notify registered participants of any significant changes.

7Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and course materials, is owned by or licensed to SRA and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

8Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Our liability for services is limited as set out in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
